Fighting for the wrongfully convicted and helping with re-establishing their place in society.
Matthew 25:36-40 English Standard Version (ESV)
36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 40 And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers,a] you did it to me.’
Urgent need for donations!
Saints of Freedom Inc. is a 501.c 3 corporation so all donations are tax deductible. We received our approval in May of 2019.
Paul Heinz and his wife Deborah have had a prison ministry for over 14 years now and have self funded it. In 2019 we had to pay lawyer fees for a prisoner that we have been working with who was wrongfully convicted of murdering 2 people. We have a strong case and a petition has been filed with the court. We hope to hear good news soon. He has had legal fees in excess of $10,000. We also have another prisoner that we have been working with who is due to get out this May. He is 29 years old and has been in prison for 8 years. He had consensual sex with a girl who had told him she was 18, she was 16 and her parents had charges filed. Since he has been in prison he has developed muscular dystrophy. He has never driven a car and is going to need our help finding a place to live, getting a car, learning to drive and getting decent medical attention.
